As a small business, we produce many of our pieces in limited quantities or made to order. We appreciate your patience and support of a slower, more sustainable approach to fashion.
Final Sale:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and exchanges on all sale items. All discounted items are final sale.
Receiving the wrong or defective product:
Exceptions to refunds include receiving a defective product or receiving the wrong item.
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

A photo of the item received

A photo of the packing slip
Once verified, we will:

Send the correct item at no additional cost, or

Offer a full refund if the correct item is unavailable
We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item, and any return shipping costs related to our error will be covered by us.
Wrong size purchase is not valid for returns. We are a slow fashion business, and we only release very limited sizes and colors of each item.
We encourage customers to review our size guide carefully before placing an order. If you need assistance with sizing, we're happy to help before you purchase.
If You Ordered the Wrong Size
If the item does not fit and you would like a different size, you may request an exchange within 5 days of delivery, subject to availability. In case the item is no longer available, store credit is applied.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn and unwashed

Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Returned with original tags attached
Exchange Process

Contact us with your order number and the size you would like to exchange for.

Once your return is approved, return the original item.

After we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the replacement size if available.
