Thank you for shopping with us. We carefully prepare and pack every order to ensure it arrives safely.

 

Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on holidays.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination
Package weight and dimensions and shipping method selected

Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated. 

 

Delivery Times:
Estimated delivery times are:Local/Regional: 1–5 business days
Domestic: 3–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.  If an order is returned due to an incorrect address
Failed delivery attempts, Refusal of delivery additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package. Kindly double-check your address during the checkout process.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. While we will assist with the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee a replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
